I trust you are all having a relaxing, busy, laid-back, crazy, fun, excitement-filled, book-reading, moving-watching or whatever kind of summer you enjoy the most! We have 2 singers who aren't having such a great summer and are in need of our prayers and cards of support:
Phyllis Hall -
I just learned that Phyllis has fallen and was hospitalized for a few days. She is home now but struggling with a number of health issues. Her daughter is living with her and helping out, but it would great if she could hear some encouraging words from her friends at Grand Singers. She may be at the point where she is realizing it might be her time to retire from Grand Singers, not an easy point to be at. I hope you'll reach out to Phyllis and share some love with her!

Barb Slager -
Barb's mother passed away. Her mother was 95 and they were very close, so I can only imagine the loss Barb must be feeling! She's currently in WI, which is where her mother lived. Barb spent the last year having to fly back and forth to be with and support her mom, so once she is home, I'm sure she would love to hear from YOU!
