Dear Singers -
I wanted to share with you that Sherry Bennett lost her brother, Mark Asman - from the FLU! (Side note: get the flu shot!) It started with the flu and morphed its way to create other health problems, and ultimately a heart attack. It happened quickly and was totally unexpected. Sherry, fortunately, had a wonderful gathering with her siblings this summer. She had a nagging feeling that they should all get together, and she made it happen. What wonderful memories she will have of this time, and others!
It would be great to drop a note or card off to Sherry sharing condolences. Some of you have probably gone through this and may have some comforting thoughts. Share the love.
Sherry is heading to Appleton, WI for the funeral in two weeks. I told her to dress in layers, and we'll make sure it's warm here for when she gets back! (It looks like it's going to be beautiful for the near future!!)
